Gear Down and Go Big
SuperATVโs GDP 8โ Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Ranger 1000 Diesel is geared down so you can go big. It gives you a lift and a 45% gear reduction in one box. Get the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque you need to turn them. The lift and gear reduction are in the hub,รขโฌยฏso they maintain suspension geometry and reduce drivetrain stress. With huge clearance, huge torque, and optional billet aluminum housings, you can turn your 1000 Diesel into a mud bogginโ monster.
Perfect for Mud
With 8โ portals and a 45% gear reduction, you get clearance for huge tires and a massive boost in torque. Itโll turn monster tires like theyโre stock. Your Ranger will be the most powerful mud flinging machine around. With 8โ portals installed, the partyโs on four wheels.
Perfect for Rocks
Get tons of torque to crawl over any rock or boulder you can find by installing an 8โ portal box with a 45% gear reduction. With that much power, thereโs no boulder too big or crawl too technical. With 8โ of clearance, itโs going take more than a few huge boulders to hang you up.
Billet Housings
Choose billet or cast aluminum housings to finish your portals. Our billet housings are CNC machined right here in Madison, Indiana and give you increased strength and consistency over cast. Plus, they look good painted with mud.
Reinforce Your UTV with a Frame Stiffener
We highly recommend running a SuperATV Frame Stiffener with your 8" Portal Gear Lift. The stock frame just doesn't have what it takes. Bump too hard and the OEM frame will bend. Trust us โ we've done it. A frame stiffener reinforces your frame enough to let you ride your 8" portals with monster tires and no worries.
