Demon Powersports offers heavy-duty axles for a wide range of UTVs. CNC-machined for superior performance, these replacement front or rear axles are built from 4340 chromoly steel to endure extreme off-road torque. The CV-style axles feature strong, tear-resistant thermoplastic polyester elastomer boots. Wide articulation angles keep the axles from binding. Demon's complete heavy-duty axle assemblies have a 15-20 percent larger diameter than standard axles, with 10-15 percent larger CV joints than standard joints.
