Be it Polaris Ranger Mid-Size tie-downs and ratchet straps to hold your rig steady in tow, or trailering covers to protect it from dust, road salt, and flying pebbles, make sure your machine is secure during transport with the Polaris Ranger Mid-Size tie-downs and trailering accessories from Everything Polaris Ranger! It doesn't matter if you've got an enclosed toy hauler, a dual-axle flatbed trailer, or an oversized step deck trailer, we've got Polaris Ranger Mid-Size trailering accessories to work with any size or style of trailer. The UTV firm Kolpin and their Lock-It Rite Trailer System is a route some riders take. It attaches to the vehicle's hitch receiver on one end, and bolts to the trailer deck on the other to hold your Mid-Size Ranger securely from the front or rear. While ratchet straps can and do work, they often loosen up mid-ride, making solutions such as the Lock-It Rite setup by Kolpin much better for long-haul stretches. Instead of running rope, ratchet straps, or other tie-downs through the bumpers or around the cage, many riders opt for Polaris Ranger Mid-Size wheel straps and trailering bonnets. By securing the UTV below the suspension system, you avoid the risk of it bouncing around and coming loose. E-Track rail can be laid down to make wheel straps easier to use, and through-bolted chocks are often used to achieve the same end. Whatever you choose, don't put your investment at risk and pick up the appropriate Mid-Size Ranger tie-downs and trailering gear from Everything Polaris Ranger!
Although tire straps, wheel hoops, and shock straps for the Polaris Ranger Mid-Size are advised, so long as you know what you're doing, you can get away with using ratchet straps as tie-downs. Run two straps off the back row hooks and pull them snug, then two more off the front end and keep cranking until the suspension is down. Go back and forth from front to back until your straps are at 35-45 degree angles and ensure that the vehicle's parking brake is engaged. If you don't have a parking brake, the "Spring Brake Thingy" is a good choice, and others are available at Everything Polaris Ranger! From the Polaris Ranger Mid-Size wheel chock and tie-down kit by Moose to wheel straps and a variety of other UTV trailering accessories, you'll find all you need to safely and securely tow your Mid-Size machine here at Everything Polaris Ranger!
