Dual-Bushing Design
Hard work is hard on your machine. We built RackBoss 2.0 to keep up. Our X24 tech uses durable PTFE bushings on both ends that remove play from the internal gears and tension spring. Eliminating unneeded movement reduces wear and tear.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are tough and light. Their signature flare-out design boosts their strength beyond what the 7/8" diameter tubing could achieve otherwise. They're made even tougher with our beefed-up tie rod ends. Our heim joint outer tie rod ends use 14 mm rod threads, and our rebuildable inner ball and sockets use 14 mm rod threads along with 16 mm rack threads. They're as tough as they come.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
Our solid steel bar tie rods are big, beefy, and guaranteed not to break for a lifetime. They're made with 1" diameter steel bars. And they're paired with bigger and better tie rods that have 3/4" outer Heim joint tie rods. They also use rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. What does all that mean? Your rack's weakest points are stronger than ever.
