Wrong parts, poor customer service.

Incorrect item description, does not actually fit new body style ranger. These say they fit a 2020 but they’re actually for the obs hubs that don’t have the lower joints that are threaded. Customer service ( or lack thereof) was zero help and offered 5% of my purchase of new ball joints. Since their screw up I’ve ordered roughly $6k from other vendors, and will continue to source my parts elsewhere. I don’t mind paying more if it means I will actually get “customer service” when/if there’s an issue.

Ball Joint Limited Warranty Statement:

Standard Duty
SuperATV warrants that our Standard Duty ball joint you have purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 3 months from date of purchase. During the warranty period, SuperATV will replace defective parts with new parts.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper use, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly, racing, or commercial use.
This warranty does not cover wear items such as gaskets, seals, boots, bearings, bushings and rotors.
In no event shall SuperATV be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from breach of this warranty.

Heavy Duty
SuperATV warrants that our Heavy Duty ball joint you have purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. During the warranty period, SuperATV will replace defective parts with new parts.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper use, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly, racing, or commercial use.
In no event shall SuperATV be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from breach of this warranty.

Super Duty
SuperATV warrants that our Super Duty ball joint you have purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a lifetime. During the warranty period, SuperATV will replace defective parts with new parts.
