This Polaris General 1000 upper door enclosure by Side X Side Enclosures closes in the top half of your cab and works with the factory hard roof, windshield, and rear window you already run. The panels are sewn from heavy–duty ballistic material and wrap around your roll cage and across the top of your factory half door. You pick how they mount — Velcro, self–adhesive snaps, or screw–in snaps — and after the one–time setup, the whole set comes off in about a minute and goes back on just as fast. Everything you need to install them is in the box, including a storage bag.

Pick Your Attachment Style Before You Order

This is the one decision to make up front, and it comes down to whether you are willing to drill.

• Self–adhesive Velcro — no drilling. The quickest setup and the easiest to reverse if you sell the machine.
• Self–adhesive snaps — no drilling. A firmer, more positive connection than Velcro with the same no–holes install.
• Screw–in snaps — drilling required. The most permanent mount, and the one that does not care about heat, cold, or a dirty surface.

Heads up on the adhesive options: Velcro and self–adhesive snaps can pull at decals if they are set down on top of them, so plan your mounting spots around your graphics. No guarantee is offered on self–adhesive snaps or Velcro holding, so clean and dry the surfaces first and let the adhesive cure before you put the doors to work.
